Myst and Harry Potter

I have been a fan of the computer game Myst for a long time, so imagine my excitement when I saw there was a book series about Myst partly written by the creators Randy and Robyn Miller. I had seen many of the books at Half-Price Books but they were either paperbacks of hard covers with broken bindings. Heartbreaking, I know. But when I went to a tiny used bookstore when I was visiting some friends I found Myst: The Book of Ti’ana in perfect condition that included the map written in D’ni! I was a little disappointed when I saw that it was the second book, not the first, but my excitement resumed when I noticed that it was a first edition. Today I went to a Half-Price Books and found none other than The Book of Atrus, the first of the series! In very good condition as well, but containing no map (I’m not sure if there even was one). However, it did have a Buchart Gardens bookmark stuck in there that the previous owner had forgotten about before selling. After the happiness of this find had worn off a little, I went to the young adult section and found the first edition British copy of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, of all things. My book collection is growing!
